This set includes, two elegant pleated Tulle sheers with Attached Valance and two functional Solid Blackout panels to give you the flexibility to express your own personal style. The simple floral embroidery and elegant scalloped hem on the valance complements our favorite pleated Tulle that finishes off the look with its dramatic voluminous flow against our simple Blackout panels.
